This is an IRS scam

Just received a call from this number claiming to be the IRS. With a lawsuit against me.

Said they were IRS and this was final notice to pay fine

I got the same calls from this number telling me the IRS is preparing a lawsuit against me.

I received a call form this number and the person could not speak English. They advised me I was being sued by the IRS. When I asked to talk to someone from the IRS who could speak English they advised me "nada" (I think that meant no). I call them back twice and got some foreign speaking person. I will contact my local Sheriff's Department and FBI and advise them of these harassment calls! I will continue with this until I find out who is behind this "SCAM"!  SCAM SCAM SCAM!! This is not right! Someone will be going to jail! This is un-American!!!

Scam call from IRS threatening lawsuit!  These people scamming unsuspecting and vunerable people should be caught and brought to justice.
