Every call is from a different number with a different name. They do not state your name- because they don't know it. They all say the same thing and have Slavic sounding accents with Anerican names. This particular call came from a man stating he was Kevin Mason: "This message is an effort to contact you. This is an enforcement action executed by US Treasury. This needs your serious attention and I  advise you to cooperate with us. Ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid you will end up before a magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal criminal offense . I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you." We have tried calling back and no answer.

Just happened to me this morning, exactly as SCAMS said.

Same exact Message to me too from "Kevin Mason" I feel sorry for all the elderly that don't know any better or don't have the means like the Internet to research these ruthless monsters.

Same scam call from "Kevin Mason."  Obvious scam from folks with bad intentions.  With accent and description of governmental parities, this call is probably coming in from overseas... spoofing the 202-840-6515 number.  The US Treasury (aka the Internal Revenue Service) does NOT contact you by telephone or e-mail threatening legal action.  Hang up! Do NOT call them back.  Most important of all, do NOT give them any of your private information.
