officer Brian John asking my attorney or me to call else unpleasent situation will unfold in his words...
Appears to be same scam artists calling for many days pretending to be IRS officer or a criminal investigator want to settle fake case for a payment..

I received almost dozen calls from this guy. Total scam!

Call from "Officer Brian John" 202-864-1219 "If you or your Atty do not respond... serious consequence...

I live in San Jose Ca. The message is still the same the number has changed
1 202 864 1271. How do I get rid of this guy???

same here and he said Officer Brian John or Jones, hard to understand, foreigner,  telling me to call or get attorney to call, scam for sure. I am not playing with this fool. I will get somebody else after him

I got a call on Wednesday 11/06.  Sounded like a robocall and did not ask for either me or my wife.  It said "Hello.  We have been trying to reach you.  This your official final notice.  The Internal Revenue Services (note the 's') is preparing a lawsuit against you.  For information call 202-864-1219."
