This number calls and leaves a message saying they are the IRS and the person has a very foreign accent that is barely recognizable.  At the end they tell you or your attorney to call them and if you ignore the call, GOOD LUCK....This number called my cell phone, which isnt listed in my name but is on a family plan with my son in law.   I also cant imagine the IRS calling anyones cell phone with a message you cannot understand.  The IRS usually comtacts by mail with the address you have
Listed on your tax return.  Trying to get a hold of someone at IRS to report this to

I just received that call. He had foreign accent and claimed to be Officer Eric Foster that I or my attorney need to call him right away or "Good Luck"! What  a joke. Do they really think Americans are so stupid to actually call? They are probably based in another Country and somehow charge your phone crazy money. I didn't respond. Just smelled like a SCAM! He should get in trouble for impersonating an Officer!!

I received a call from 202-864-1332 A man with a very heavy accent claiming to be an officer Eric Forester said I had to call back within a certain amount of time or I would be arrested and not to tell my family.  I am on the do not call registry.

I receive a message from a officer call Eric Foster saying that I needed to call him back of I will be arrested. He had a foreing language I could barely undersand. He said he was from IRS. I called the police and reported.. They are aware of this... It´s a SCAM!

I just received a message from this guy stating if I did not return his call or have my attorney call him he would have me arrested. I have just contacted our local Police and will be letting them check this out.

I, too, am on the do not call registry and receive this phone call. I didn't answer I sent it to voicemail. And got the message to call back. They sounded angry lol I can see why

I got a message from an American sounding man with the speech impediment claiming to be from the IRS. The only identifying characteristics in the call was the Word IRS and the callback number 202-864-1332. Since the most frightening letters in the alphabet our IRS, I called to clarify. When I call this number it is dead air. I don't know what type of a scam this is what it appears to be a scam.

This number called me saying I would be arrested for tax fraud and they called past 11pm. I'm going to report them!

Caller claimed to be Sean Paris from the IRS Tax Audit department and that there was a tax fraud against my name, though they never stated the name, since there are multiple people living at this number, that was the first thing that tipped me off that it was a scam.  Also, the person had an accent that was hard to understand, which I wouldn't believe would come from the IRS.
