My name is Steve Martin and I am calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the US Treasury intending a serious (attention?). Ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to to avoid initial appearance before a Magistrate Judge or a Grand Jury for a criminal offense. My number is 202-864-1369. I repeat 202-864-1369. I invite you to cooperate with us and help us to help you.

My mother answered this likely spam call and they asked for me (I often get political spam calls), but the young-sounding was laughing outrageously as he spoke. My mother, laughing in jest, said that I'm not available. The man then became very rude and asked if she was nine years old and proceeded to laugh even more. Not even sure what to conclude but don't answer this number.

This caller "202-864 1369" calls my Office phone at least 2x daily.  I don't answer since I don't recognize the phone number.  If it is my Senator or House Rep, then I still won't answer due to it's likely a call to solicit money for their re-election campaign or they are soliciting money for a colleague's re-election campaign.
