I believe it's IC Systems, a collection agency. They call between 5-10 per day, even within a half an hour from calling the previous times, mainly they call when I am not home.

It's IC debt collection. They call me 5-10 times a day as well. It started out with a 201 area code, then this number, now it's from (208) 758-0221. I just dont answer, but it is infact annoying. Last I knew, the first number, was an AT&T collection. Someone needs to inform them they've been paid! At the bottom of this screen it says the number is from Cairo, Egypt. My caller ID shows D.C., USA.

I do not know who this is and if it is a collection agency, I do not know why they are calling. I don't owe anybody any money besides the normal credit card which is paid and has never been late.

 Please explain why we should have to tell you/your company to stop the harassing phone calls?  And while at it explain why you are calling numbers for which I would get billed for the call (Cell)?  Your company calls 5-10 times a day and never leaves a message, if whatever you have to say is worth calling it is damn worth leaving a message.

I am called multiple times a day - every day - but that has ended today.  They have been added to my blacklist.  They may call but I will not be notified.  If it's a debt that I owe (which I already made arrangements to pay off with the creditors) it can easily be paid for by firing these debt collecting, harassing scumbags.  Problem solved.

This company has gotten my phone number from a Leona Collins.......each time that I recieve a call from this company, I will make sure that I call them back 10 time more than they call me, you have a wrong number, I have NO IDEA who LEONA COLLINS is, and I will be sure to continue to say her name.....over and over and over again, so that you are able to get your money from this low life women who has given my number out...........LEONA COLLINS.....person who doesn't pay your bills and take care of your business!!!!!

as great as that sounds, it doesn't work. i've asked them nicely to quit calling me and i've been hateful. they continue to call daily and won't identify who they are in a language that i can recognize. i can't think of any type of legitimate marketing effort that refuses to identify who they are, where they are calling from and what they are selling BEFORE they insist that i verify my mailing address. i've reported them to BBB. thanks for providing all of the information i needed to do that. and also reported to the telemarketing fraud hotline.

I have been receiving 5-10 calls per day from 7am until 11:20pm on a business issued cell phone that I am required to have on me for my job. Thanks to whatever idiot keeps calling from this number, my infant child has been woken up several times and when I DO answer, there is nothing there and then the called just hangs up. No messages have been left either. I just called the number back, which is LONG DISTANCE on my work phone which I will have to pay out of pocket, and sat on hold for 6 minutes and 20 seconds waiting for someone to answer my call...listening to a repetitive recording of 'your call is important to us, we will be with you in a moment'. STOP HARRASSING!

This number calls me at least once a day.  I've answered twice and I get a recorded message telling me to hold while they connect my call.

Oddly, Tom, no one ever answers when I call.  And even stranger, every time I answer a call that turns out to be from I.C. Systems, it is a different number, from a different location.

If you guys are legitimate, you should probably actually leave a message, or mail people something, whether they owe you a debt or to let them know about new products and services.  Otherwise, I'm just chalking up all the calls to a scam or illegal debt collection for something that has already been paid or isn't mine.

add their number to your phone book, and give it a "special" ring with no volume. Once you answer, youve given tacit approval to keep calling. Impossible to put that toothpaste back in the tube

Complain to the Minnesota attorney general office. and your own state attorney general !
They have complaint forms on their site.
Also collection agencies have a new trick, they place collection accounts to your credit files without your knowledge then they send you a collection letter afterwards.
The federal trade commission needs to be aware of there sneaky & dishonest, illegal  ways.
They are suppose to send you a collection letter give u a chance to dispute It.

Collection agencies are not allowed to call you 5 - 10 times a day. For each call they place that is over the daily limit you can collect $500.00 per call. Their job is to harass you into paying. Do not believe the post by "Tom" he's trying to get you to call. I cannot wait to meet someone in person that tells me that they work for a collection company.

Constantly calls every day,  first thing in the morning, and during the day.

5-10 calls per day at all hrs of day an night finally just blocked this number if they call again from a different number will block that one also if I don't give u my number personally then u have no reason to call me its as simple as that.

Constant calls from this number and one in Virginia.  At least 8 a day from each.
