Calls five times or more same voice some times from a different number asked not to call this number, always say I qualified for $10,000 grant. Do not want calls from this number

This # i have blocked several times & it still calld me. Today it called me about 13 times. It is harassment esp given the fact blocking the # does nothing. Does right to privacy even exist?

..when you attempted to block the number, did you remember to put a '1' before the area code?  That will help, unless they have another number to call from, in which case put that one through 'settings' 'calls' then block listed numbers (1+ the area code)  Hope it helps!

They said I won a Grant from the government

Got a call from this number. I immediately suspected something was weird judging by the callers foreign accent and rather scripted responses. Let him talk for a minute about why something about gov't grant I won.
