10/11/2011  4:30p  caller id said it was wireless number, left no message, hung up.

Recorded message from "cardmember services" but didn't say what bank or card type.  Then said press one to take advantage of lowering your rate...limited offer.  I didn't press one.  Sounded like a scam because it was so generic.

call came through on my cell phone - did not answer, as I do not answer calls if I don't know who they are and not familar with the area code

I get these calls from "Rachel at Card Services" on my landline and now they are calling my cell phone.  How do I stop them?!!

Funny how quickly everyone got on here... They must have an automated calling line. I called back and got the name "Frank" on the voicemail. It said the mailbox was full though. [***].

These mo-fos don't know who they're messing with...!!!  I'm at work and already having a bad day and then to get a call from some unknown number that when I call back some dude's voicemailbox if full...!!! F U FRANK!!!

Called my cell. Same as the call to my home from a couple of weeks ago. Seems like someone needs their fingers broken.

I received a phone call from this number I AM on the national do not call list. I followed the instructions to talk to a live agent. When I did, I said " I'm on the national do not call, how did you get me number?" then the person hung up. I called it and it went to a voicemail of a guy named frank.

Probably a bill collector for some ancient account, F'n bottom feeders. Left no message, I called back, VM is full.

They called my cell.....the whole thing smelled like a scam from the moment the phone rang.  Didn't call back and will ignore any other calls from them.

I missed their call, because it came in at 7:30 AM while I was sleeping.  Just wanted to add my comment to all the rest - sounds like this number has been busy today.

Received the call about an hour ago and when I answered it was an automated messaging stating it was from my credit card company with information about reducing my interest rate and to "press 1" to speak to a representative. They never said which credit card company they were calling from so I just hung up and later contacted my card companies to find out if they place calls like this to customers and they said they do not and that it is was a scam.

Just don't answer these calls.  It's a scam.  If you aren't willing to jump all over their "offer" when you press 1 then they hang up on you.
