Random phone number that will not stop calling my mothers phone and when you answer they will not say anything just sit there for a minute and then hang up the phone.

Phone number keeps calling and when I do answer it says its a collect call with no name associated. If I don't answer no message is left. If I call it back I'm told it's not in service.

No one answered.  Hung up.

I called back this number and it went to voice mail. I think the name was Karen Vassar?

Obviously they are scammers, or they would be honoring the do not call list! They have no business calling me. I know no one in Connecticut. And this number doesn't trace back to a real company or a real person. So, I'm blocking them!

Repeated calls to our home phone from this number identified on Caller ID as Meriden, CT.  In general, no one responds when we answer, but then an automated voice says goodbye.  When we try to call back, a recording states that this number is not in service.  On a few occasions, when we answer calls from this number, a person with a heavy accent tries to sell us solar panels.  When we do speak with a person, we ask them to remove us from their list and tell them that we are on the Do Not Call registry.  They hang up on us, but call back in approximately an hour.  How can we stop these calls???
