Called my cell phone. I did not answer. No caller ID other than the phone number. No message was left.

Left a recording offering lower interest rates.

I've been getting the same pre-recorded credit card-lowering-interest-rate call for months now. I can't ever get a live human, regardless of what prompts I hit (which is completely baffling). I'm dying to know what company it is. I get the same call from 716-206-3218.

Buy a cheap referee's whistle.  When you get someone, string them along until they are listening and let them have it.  May not stop the calls but SURE feels good.

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone and house phone and when I ask to have my numbers removed I get hung up on.

Caller ID - says "FED ASSIST 203-538-0538" I have opt out of these calls all the time...

This is scam to lower your credit card interest rates

no one there when I ansered.  called back and immidiately the voice said 'if you want to be placed on our do not call list hit 1 now which i did. my number is on the national do not call list

Called during a meeting I was in and left no message. I am on the do not call list. Will file complaint with DONOTCALL.gov

I intend to make them pay dearly for attempting to scam me. They would've been better off picking a fight with the devil himself than messing with me...

So tired of getting calls like this on our cell phones and home phone espcially since we are on the DO NOT CALL list.  That doesn't help since these are robo calls with no human unless you wait to talk to someone.  If you do get a person, and ask them to remove the number, they hang up on you!  Get one of these or similar about once a day.

even though you are on the "do not call" list, as long as the government doesn't enforce it, the calls will continue.  i, too, am on the do not call list and found out that these [***] laugh at the government.  it is up to the people to get after their government officials and demand that they do what they were ELECTED to do.  If not, then they can be removed.  We need to band together and fight these creeps.

Also, if you do not recognize the phone number,DO NOT ANSWER IT!!  When you do, it just lets them know that they have a legitimate phone number and the calls WILL continue.

This is a scam.  They want your "account" balance and information for credit cards they are "supposedly" going to lower your interest rates.  When I asked to be removed, I was told I could not be removed.  When I asked to speak to the supervisor, the supervisor "walked out."  Report! Report! Report!

I am on a do not call list, and, I am constantly getting phone calls on my cell phone....I need them to stop.

I keep getting the call on my cell phone then hanging up without saying a word.  Robo calling no doubt

I receive this recorded message about 3 times per week. And, since my number is on the do not call registry, I filed a complaint. Hopefully, this will stop it. It is intrusive, invasive and not wnated
