3rd day in a row, they called. 1st time the left a message on the answering
machine, survey blah, blah, blah, 2nd and 3rd no message. I didn't register with them or even looked at their website.

Called three straight days...Friday (left message on machine), Saturday (no message), and Sunday (I answered). Taking a poll for Qiunnipiac Univ. on current events. I declined to take poll, asked them to remove me from their lists.

This number is calling repeatedly and when it gets my machine it does not leave a message....obviously a telemarketing ploy.  I have lots of incoming calls with ranch related business and don't need any "JUNK" calls tying up my machine!

Yup I got the university call also and get this the voicemail left on my machine said the call could not be  completed. Like I was calling them, I couldn't figure that one out. I am ready to tell them to take it where the sun don't shine. They have called three days in a row now.

They keep calling me at night and waking up my baby.  This has got to stop.
If we put ourselves on the "no call" list how can this be legal?

They've called four days in a row. Once at 9:00 on a Friday night. On my prepaid cell phone none the less. They must be stopped!

I am also getting calls from this number. This happened once before from a different number because I looked something up on facebook. Could this be related?

Yes, called several times (that I know of) - one time left a message saying she was from this University and has a survey/questionnaire and will call back another time.  WTH??!!!

they call me at least 3 times a day....this most recent one is at almost 9pm on a sunday night!  a few other websites say that this is a current events/political poll.  persistent little [***] for polltakers!

Same number. Same University. Never leave a message. What do you think would discourage them. Is there a secret to annoying telemarketers back? I was told you should answer and tell them to hang on; come back and do it again because it costs them MONEY then so they write you off? Anyone know if that's true? Sounds like you'd just be telling them it's a working number.

They need to stop calling

thesa [***] call three tiimes a day morning dinnertime  and when im putting my kids to bed sat or sunday it doesn't matter. who in the hell can do something about it?????? also i have 26 other numbers like these that call my home phone at all hours anyday a week and hang up when my machine turns on and when i call back no one is there i'm pissed and can't get anywhere with stopping it!!!!!!!

Said he calls cell phones "randomly". When I told him he wasn't allowed to call my cell for any reason, without my giving it out first, he argued that he could for a (so-called) SURVEY.
NO, not when I'm paying by the minute!
Unfortunately, land lines voip's etc, are exempt; cell phones are NOT, to my knowledge.

Today at work I get a call from this # on my cell phone, I'm unable to answer and no message was left. I call the # back and hear something about taking poll blah, blah, blah. then I hear call another # to be taken off thier list.

This number keeps calling my house and my home phone is on the  Do Not Call registry.  It is Sunday and they are calling my phone.
