I don't know anyone from that area. I assume it is a pest i.e. scammer, telemarketer etc. No msg. Does anyone know who it is and why?

I answered it. It was a recording / telemarketing call. Said it was National Insurance.

didn't answer but if i don't know the number,i will not inquire.

I got call today, When I question back tghey disconnected. seems to be scam. asking all personal details.

Thank you for all the comments, They called me 5 times a day, talking about I have a supply charge on my electric account that need to speak to me to resolve the bill, that they have my been to review it with me. also said left a reference # to this call R159765. I call my electric company they said they didn't call.

caller left a message 4 me to call back(s as above)telling me that they wanted to discus the supply charge on my electric bill. I called back and got a recording asking me to leave a message. I hung up and put the above # in Spokeo. Will block.
