Person has called numerous time. Picked up and no one responded

calls everyday and says nothing. getting really fed up with it too...

Calls often and there is no response

Didn't recognize number so I didn't pick it up.  
Another website indicates this number is a Cox Communications landline in Branford, CT

This phone number calls, nobody says anything.   Called number back, it's out of service.  

It's highly annoying.

Called and I picked up the phone.. ask who is Cl&P bill owner ?? responded no... hang up ...they want you to switch electric companies .. to North America power

Just got a call  from these people didn't bother to answer it.The a couple of hours before that cal i got two men who tried to sell me some electricity they wanted to see my electric bill,no way when i tired to tell them i had my reasons for not wanting anything they kept on jibber jabbing and ijus tslammed the door in there faces and they still were mouthing off.you don't go t somebodys door asking to see there bill.No more Scams.Idiots
