call comes and no one answers

this number calls and they do not leave a message just hangs up
very annoying

Worthless scum that call way too many times. FOP from Milford CT. All of there #s are now blocked.

This number I called back says  from  the Connecticut Police with a recording. No one ever says anything when I answer it also.

Yeah. I got a call twice that I can remember and he says "Hellow is Cruz there" and I say Cruz? and he hangs up! So annoying!! There isn't even anyone here with the name Cruz. Milford CT caller id.

CT FOP clearly states "We no longer use professional solicitors to make these calls, and 100% of every donation goes directly to the CT FOP" yet I got a fund raising phone call from a Utah firm named "Corporation for Character" claiming to have been hired by the "CT FOP".

Yet for some reason a Utah based telemarketer, Corp For Character" claims they have been hired by CT FOP.   Less than 5% of paid funds go to stated purpose.  Payments arent tax deductible.
