Dave Jones called me from this number and said that I was being sued and to have my attorney call their number.  When I asked what company was collecting from me and the name of his company, and that I had no payday loans.  He hung up on me.  He was very rude and hostile.  When I called the number back my phone had been blocked.  Very shady.

they need to stop calling me before i sue there butts there a nobody they need a life or a fu--ing job son of biscuits

1st call was from David Jones and 2nd call was from Brian Waters saying i took out a loan and didn't pay so they were sueing me.. Asked to talk to the company and he declined me and did not want to tell me any information.. He had all my information.. If he calls again i will press legal action against him and get him found..

i'm getting these calls stating that there is a action againist me and/or my lawyer should call them today. i have been getting these calls for over 3 months. the call are in a set of 3, starts on monday, then on wednesday and ending on friday. always using the same name of who is calling( on two of the days normal english names: on the last their make the mistake a leave a forgien name) leaving no company name or using a company name you cannot understand. the numbers they are calling from are non-existing. used to work for the phone company i know that all phone numbers whether calling in or out is a standard set of ten numbers...(area code 3 digits) + (3 digits prefix) + (4 digits line number). per my lawyer if there is a lawsuit or court action towards you, you should get a LETTER stating that actions againist you. just let them leave their message DON'T answer any of their call and report the calls. also try changing your number and start screening your calls. if you don't know the number DON'T ANSWER THEIR CALLS...the your voice mail or answer machine answer for you...look for these types of numbers in your caller id list: unavailable..526-16237..405-005-05654,888-886-1826..954-491-7278..3..877-339-4612..786-441-9330..516-516-5027323..847-783-8966..516-502-7323...877-634-4434..305-907-5108..731-256-0031..203-717-4003..
