I did not answer it, they did not leave any message.

I am on the Do Not Call list, but it sure seems like I'm getting more and more unwanted calls in the last two months.......

I received a call from this number today.  A lady said she was representing Positive Energy Conservation Products and could save me money on my electric bill.  I checked the Positive Energy website http://www.positive-energy.com/.  She said my they (Positive Energy) serviced my electric company (Connecticut Light & Power); asked for my billing information.  I should see savings after the next meter reading.  We will see!!

Also received a call from this number - going to try and find that FCC form again for abandoned numbers.

I am the President of Positive Energy Conservation Products.  We do not make cold calls.  This was not us.  It must have been a different Positive Energy.

Received a call from this number. Tried to return the call and it was busy.

There is a mix up here. Positive-energy.com is my website.  We are not an electric company. We sell energy saving products and are based in Boulder, CO.  This is another company with the same name, and perhaps a similar web address.
