this number has called me twice in less than 1 minute.  who is calling from this number?

received phone call yesterday nov 09 at work and home very rude alicia williams from drnc law firm, my co-worker took message alicia could not speak very good english at all. alicia should go back to INDIA I tried calling back number from cell *67 some male answer hello, come on now when you call a firm or company you answer with firm name not HELLO this is a scam to get information from you

I received the same call from (205) 286-2820
stating that they are a law firm from ALABAMA. "DRNC" or "Alan Davis"
strong accent as if the person was from India.
We kept asking them questions and they get really irritated and hung up.
(we applied for a loan online, and since then we've been getting all kinds of phone calls)
careful next time you apply for a loan online.

Same as happened to dance dude. Caller Alishia called at work and home. Appled for a loan online yesterday. Threatening message on how my SSN is being "investigated." And there are "serious legal consequences for not returning the call." My work number is not public, so anyone I don't know calling with my correct first and unusual last name directly to my desk has found some type of personal information they should not have.

I recieved a phone call from this number as well saying that they were going to pursue legal  matters for a loan that I do not have nor ever had.  When I call them back they cannot even spell their last name and and hang up when you keep asking how to spell it.  They even know the number I am calling from.  I would like to know where they actually are?  My guess is not in the United States.

Received the same call.  I don't know who this is.  I too have applied for an online loan.  If anyone knows who this is or know the circumstances, please post.

Ken,  I just received a call also.  They sounded Indian.  Suggested that they are calling from a law office.

i  have been and still  continue to get calls from this number ever since submitting loan online and when i last answered they told me my name and my social had came up for a lawsuit. then they told me in order to pull up my case and tell me more about this lawsuit that under "chapter11" i HAVE to provide them with my "LOYAL INFORMATION." Heck with that, people can do so much if your information lands in their hands.... If they were really a law farm they would give you a brief info about your case. Also its very weird for "Professionals" to be calling people with strong loud noisy background like theyre throwing a party...  usually i always ask them the name of the company, pull out my laptop and quickly search teheir Co. info and their phone Number Oline and double check before exposing my true identity..Be careful people. i strongly recommend to download "MALWARE BYTES" FROM MALWAREBYTES.COM This malware protector automatically blocks sites like these.... really works!

I received a call from these idiots today.  They called 6 times in a row and when I finally decided to talk to them they said if I hung up again then they would send a police officer to my home.  I took serious action and called the Federal Trade Commission and made a complaint about this scam to get your information.  After calling the FTC I called TransUnion credit fraud line and put an alert on my credit report about this company.  The number for TransUnion is 1-800-680-7289. I hope this helps anyone out that has an issue with these morons again.

As soon as I said this is a scam that I am reading about on line they hung up. go figure !
They are threating in the message they leave and broken english or from india. Just another scam trying to dup the stupid american.

I keep getting these calls and they are very rude they tell me im going to jail. For $300. This is crazy. I never got money from them!

They think we are crazy to let someone tell me I owe them money and just give it up without investigating who the company is. This idot called me 3 times on my house phone then called my business line and let a very detail message regarding my personal business. I called them back let them know I have reported them to the FBI...I told them you have broken third party disclosure laws in California and well as the United States. I let them know I am aware this is a scam. the woman told me to shut up and hung up the phone. people start reporting this to the FBI this is cyber attack on Americans as well as identity theft. The more people report FBI will start investing and go after the scam ring. don't just share hear report it.

Left a message on a business phone line. Spoke very fast and did not speak English very well so hard to understand but gathered that someone matching "your name" and "your social security" number is being sued and that we needed to call back immediately and if we didn't there was nothing that could be done. Claimed to be from a law firm - which one I couldn't make out.

The same number has called me twice once on monday and once today I couldn't really understand the guy but I got that he said he was an officer and I have a lawsuit against me I can call them back my phones not working right. I'm so scared I don't know why I would have one except for my hospital bill that's about $1000 but I don't have the money to pay it right now. I'm only 22 I don't need a lawsuit against me

There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I received calls from this number and two other numbers. Same scam. I have filed complaints with the federal trade commission and the FBI. I strongly advise everyone do the same. I then advised them the next time they called what I had done and told them if they had any questions they could contact either one of these agencies. They hung up. Go figure!

They just called me too. Very annoying!!! Some Indian chic that I was going to be arrested at my job, because someone is sueing me for 8 thousand bucks!! WHATEVER!! I think if I was really being sued they wouldent get a indian that can barely speak ENGLISH to contact me. I just told her "Sorry sweetie, I dont do bussiness with anyone out of the USA"! And I hung up on her. I hope they dont call back, because its really annoying!!
