this number call to my cell phone said that I had a law sue against me and said that is calling from the law firm. I had checked this number is in Alabama,  I had never been to Alabama,  how could there a law sue again me?  

This fools called too this morning,but i found out that they are calling from China scamming people and they are using US numbers.They normally say you have been selected to receive money like Government grands or you have a law sue against them.

I continue to get calls from them as well even after asking them to add me to their do not call list. It's throughout the day. Calling my personal number along with my work number.

I receive numerous calls from this so called company on my cell phone and at my job, said they are calling from Alabama and it is called Rose Franklin Attorney office. The number calls 8 times a day atleast. They have a terrible accent that you can not understand. They told me there was a law suit against me and I have until tomorrow to take care of it. These people are scam artist, they change there name every time they call! this is ridiculous.

these people called me serveral times tis morning saying they were from rose and franklin law firm and that I was going to be arrested for a loan of 10000 dollars I took out with American cash. well I have reached out to American cash and this indeed is a scam. they don't speak good English and when you say you know its a scam they hang up.

I just received a call from this number as well alledging that charges have been pressed against me.

This number called me today and said that I needed to call them. Some law firm. Said his name was Robert Smith. If I didn't get ahold of them then they can't be responsiable for what will happen to me. I called them back asked for Robert Smith, this gal asked me if I was from Pakistan, told her no! She said I have a bad accent, I asked her if she's in the United states, she threatened me with authorities and hung up on me. Called them back got someone else they hung up on me again

The same thing happened to me! The Rosen Franklin Law Firm...SCAMERS

This number just called me with a bad accent...to me that my attorney needed to contact them otherwise they can not be responsible for what will happen....staated there is an affidavit under my name for a law suit...when I asked what he was referring to, he hung up

Freaked me out at first and then they told me to submit a green dot scratch voucher and then I knew that this was fake. So lets call the feds on them! Whose down?

The are scamming people telling them that they have a lawsuit against them and calling my work number, i'm not sure who is selling out our private information because they have our social and our work number.

I got a call from this number several times at my palce of employment and when I call them back they say that they are from a law firm and that there is a case against my employer that I am a suspect in and they need to send an officer to my place of employment to serve me papers. I told them that I was contacting my attorney and they hung up on me.

This number called me two days ago and said i have a lawsuit against me and that they would be arrresting me if i dont take care the matter now. It really scared me i didnt know if it was real or not

This guy called work a few hours ago said he was from Ruth & Franklin legal associates left a message for me to call them ASAP. When I did call back couldn't understand but every other word he was saying claim that I was going to be arrested if I didn't pay loan I asked who was the loan with he hung up so I called back and told his Stupid ass not call me again, them he said he was going to call the police and send them to my house I told him go ahead cause I' m going to call them and tell that he's call me from Alabama. Then he hung up.

These people are good and hard to trace they are professional at what they do if they have a foriegn accent and you cant understand them dont let thm scare you they are trying to take people money if they say they are a Law Firm tell them your a law firm too!! And ak thyem for their address. the first thing their goona do is hang up call them back then they gonna curse you out! them call once more they wont answer or call you again. But they will try to call you from a diffrent number repeat it they will stop calling.

These people called me saying that I wad being sued by a loan place. Saying if I didn't handle it, it would cost me over 5000 in court fees. Also saying they would arrest me for not taking care of it. Does anyone know what'sgoing on

Just got a message left on voice mail from Jeffery Harrison telling me that there I need to return his call and said that he was from a law firm and that this is now becoming very time sensitive and if I did return his call it was out of his hands on the outcome and the only thing he could do is wish me luck. This is the 2cd call I got from this guy in the last hour. About a month ago I got a similar call and call them back at that time they told me that if I didn't show up at the court house I would be arrested, to make a long story short I didn't go and I'm still waiting for the cops. I'm in Ohio and they were in Alabama. What idiots.

Some guy called me at work today he said his name was Robert Smith. Told me that they were going to send the cops to arrest me at work. I have asked time and time again to stop calling.. How can I stop them from calling me.. They have my home address and my ss number. This is pretty scary. Im more scared that he has my address.

This number called my cell phone today looking for my daughter talking about they were a law firm and she had taken out a loan with a company (American Cash).  She HAD NEVER TAKEN ONE OUT.  They then said she had to rectify the situation or they were going to file papers in the courts and she would be arrested tomorrow morning.  I got pretty nasty with them on the phone and told them they were scammers.  Anyhow, after googling their number, yes indeed they were.  I called back to the company and told them I was going to report them and that they were cons and full of bull****.  They have never called back.
