I hate when a strange number calls and they don't leave a message.  If it was important, a non sales call or by error, they should leave a message.

Just recieved a call from this number today.  Curious to know what for since they didn't leave a message.  I searched the number on another website that stated it was a Georgia area code.  I don't live anywhere near Georgia so I'm wondering if it was a telemarketer.

Caller ID noted only Alabama number - left no message and I did not answer it.

It's a robo asking if you or a loved one have a drug or alcohol addiction.  What is this world coming to....

Anyone here have recent dealings over the phone with an apartment locator service in Mesa Arizona, or a woman with the initials E.S.?   I received a call from (205) 440-3733 on my office phone shortly after straightening out a bogus invoice that was sent to my home address.  I suspect this woman is a shady character as she has an arrest record and pled guilty earlier this year to theft charges in Maricopa County Arizona.

Called but left no message. I live no where near Alabama sooooo. Not picking up for unknown numbers.

I got a message today around 4:22 pm. I called them back and it was a recorded message saying "press any digit to be put on the do not call list". I didn't press any digits because i don't want them to call me back.

Just a note, a do not call list is a list a company keeps (and supposedly a national list too although I am on it and still get several spam calls) of people they are legally obligated not to call again.  It is one of the safeguards on consumer privacy.  So if you push a button to be added to this list, you are saying you want them never to call you again, and legally they are obligated to respect your wishes from that point on.  It is not a call-back list.

who is doing this? i want this to stop! it is harrassment!

That number just called me and I did not answer area code lookup said western United States

I do not know anybody in Alabama, how can I stop these calls?

I too, have been wanting to know who this number belongs to. I'm glad to see I'm not alone on this. You are correct about the "do not call" list.

Called me but did not leave a message. This area code is from the Birmingham AL area, I don't know anyone in AL or any adjacent state.

Just got a call - I'm in NJ... Didn't answer, no message..

Got a call from this number. Didn't pick it up since I got another spam call just yesterday. No message or anything. No body has time for this!
