simply unknown caller

Says i have reached a disconnected number when i called it back.

They have called me 2x in a row yesterday(thursday the 14th around 5pm) and now they have called me today (friday the 15th around 10:20) 1x so far.

they are calling again - when I pick up they disconnect - this company used to call many times a day but quit for several months, now they are back at it again

They called me a few times. The 1st time, I just BLOCKED their number from my cell phone. Now it gets blocked automatically without problems. No more [***] calls.

Called me several times in last week. Tried to sell auto insurance. Backround noise sounded like a "boiler room".
Obvious scam.

Called unsolicited even though I am on DO NOT CALL registry.

Calls and hangs up on answering machine on a regular basis.

Called and tried to sell me insurance.  Had my vehicle information.  I'm on the do not call list

Called 6 times within a four minute period of each time. Last time I answered, no reply but sounded like the noise of a workshop and muffled voices.

This is becoming ridiculous.

Call often, leave no message when I don't answer, no one there when I do!

Calls often call back says lines are busy. This is harassment.

After being out of town for 3 days and finally using my credit card on the last day I recieved a call from this number saying that my credit card was shut off due to recent activity on the card out in anotber state (I had traveled several states away). This event had happened a handful of other ti es when i had left the state without telling my bank thus i didn't think anything of it. However, after going through the process on the phone to reactivate my card, a computerized process, I realized something was astray when they asked for me to reenter my number and hung up.

After take the necessary steps to allievate any potential financial damage, I later discovered that any call from this number is a scam and therefore wanted to make sure to report my close encounter with this scam and hopefully help and/or provide the information for someone else so they can avoid any financial damage.

With that being said, Please report this number if it contacts you, by bringing attention to this scam it will allow the necessary law enforcement agency to bring a stop to financial scam such as this particular one and help others avoid potential financial loss or/and help others alleviate any financial damage they have already encountered.

This number called me at least three times last week. I did not answer be cause it is a number I did no know. I have been trying to find out who they are and why they are calling me. I came across your site and found out it is a scam of some kind. Thank you for the information.
