called multiple times

I just got the nerve to call that number back, it is a telemarketing number about continuing education. It gives you the option to take your number off of their call list and put it on there no call list.

Received 3 calls , 10:31Am, 10:33am and 10:35Am.
No message
I tried to have my number removed and it wouldn't accept my entry.
Not sure how they got my phone number???

BEWARE!  They have called me numeros times and say they are national disability and want to get me disability payments through social security (so weird as I'm not disabled). They want to ask questions such as your age range but everytime they are asked a question they hang up. Also calling me on 206 745 9421.

I called back. A young man answered. I told him to take my number off his list. He hung up.

They now have called numerous times a day for the last month and everytime i answer and tell them to take me off their calling list and they say ok but they never fckng do it and now I'm starting to get really pissed so i threatened to sue them if they ever call me back but sure [***] enough they probably will. So what can i do, any help would be greatly appreciated
