I just got a call from this number from Shawn Marshall, an alleged agent of the IRS saying that he was calling me because there was a lawsuit against me for the fact that the IRS found to have discrepancies in my income tax for 2008 -2013 resulting in a deficit of $ 4,980.00. I told him I had never received a written notice from the IRS and that if he wanted from me was my debit card number to pay  that amount  I would not do that until I  receive written notice .In this point he hung up the phone .... this is a scam ... .. BE AWARE AND DO NOT BE AFRAID. Do not pay a penny until you receive an official written notice from IRS
