This number called me NINETEEN times this morning from 10:07 to 10:12.  Leaves VM's that can't be understood.  IF they have any business with me a) speak flippin English, you're in Seattle and b) don't call nonstop.  If they would leave a voicemail I can understand I would call them back.

I got the same call and was told that I was going to be picked up at my job. I got a loan from a company that I have never heard of. He wanted me to pay a fine but iwll not fax me over the legal documents. Advise that I will be calling an attorney and just the way they are threating my lively hood I want to make sure the same happens to them since their scamming others out of money.

I received a similar call from Jack Wood with Hudson Law Firm.  However, he called me from 310-907-8040 x 121 (Seattle, WA) and also from 206-456-2053.  He said I was being sued for a loan I defaulted on with Cash Advance USA.com.  He tried to get me to pay $999.36 to avoid a court date. When I told him I didn't have that amount, he asked me to pay $300.00 immediately via visa or mastercard.  I alerted my manager, contacted the credit agencies, alerted my bank and filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office.  Of course, Cash Advance USA denied having a claim against me and no money was ever wired to my checking account from them. They are a big FRAUD/SCAM operation and must be stopped !!!!

I received the same call as well.  My situation was just like RodD above.  I am going to print out this page and give it to the HR dept. here.

I also asked them for the number to cash advance and they gave me there number that was different from the one they called me from.

I was phoned by Hudson Law Firm, Roger Gelb claimed that I stole money from cas4u.com..which is clearly a domain..that submits your application to various lenders for payday laon since it was never collected and that I would be subpeona at my job. So I called back for the firms information and he got an attitude with me and asked me if I knew how to spell all becuase i couldnt understand his accent. He calls from a 760 area  code yet tells me they are based in NY. But indeed it is a scam. I'm going through the necessary steps to make sure my information isn't misrepresented.

I recieved a call today from a jack wood saying that I owe money for a loan that I received from cash4you.com. I have never ever recieved money from this company when I was asking the man questions he would not answer any of my questions and told me that it was a simple yes or no, he also did not speak English very well. after he hung up on me approximately 4 times he told me that if I did not wire him 375.00 before 4pm that he was going to have the local authority's come to my home or job and take me to jail...I looked up the website and found this message:

IT IS A SCAM!, NIETHER WE, NOR OUR PARTICIPATING LENDERSOR AGGREGATES WILL EVER CALL YOU REGUARDING ANY CRIMINAL ACTIONS AGAINST ANYONE FOR DEFAULTING ON A LOAN.

WHAT TO DO:
1. ASK CALLER TO PROVIDE OFFICAL DOCUMENTATION
2. NEVER GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE
3. ALWAYS REPORT TO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT.

AFTER reading this information I called the card company that these people had said they deposited the money to and was told by customer service that there has been NO DEPOSIT from cash4you.com, I said thank you and can you send me a copy of transaction history, rio from customer service sent out the information and is gladly canceling the card for me.

I was phoned by a roger gelb and he stated he was from the legal department of cash advance in brooklyn ny but the funny part was his area code was from guam. numbers to avoid 626-384-3252 and 951-489-0223. I cant believe he ripped me $446.00.

same here but used a 951-489-0236 and than told me to call back on 626-384-3252 and then requested i get a new perpaid card from walmart and call him with the numbers. i already had on, so i put money on there, i called him back and he said never to use this card again, first red flag, next he wanted me to fax a release to the court house at a different number 206-309-3238, and he didnt want me to write anything about my account with cash transfer center on it. red flag 2. so i called my loan place that i had gotten the loan threw and she said it was a scam. so when he called back about the fax i told him i was at the police department and that they wanted to talk to him he said they would see me in court, and then asked to speak with me. the gave the police a fake attorny bar number, we varified there is no attoreny in the state of calf by that name.

I am reciving calls as well please report it with this web site www.IC3.gov file a complaint right away. We had to call the FBI they have your info and will use it they lady from FBI said
