Received a call on my cel phone from 707-822-9870 asking me to call 206-249-7322 -- which so far I haven't found anything about it.
I am on the "do no call list" but it doesn't make a difference.

Came home today to a VM from 206-249-7322. Identifying themselves as the IRS and suggesting that this was the last contact I would get before they file suit. Scam for sure. The IRS does not make calls, they send letters.

a VERY Foreign (African) man answered who could basrely speak English asj=king for the same stuff.
When I told him I was with law enforcement he hung up!
Can we report these guys?

just got call stating IRS IS SUING ME that i need to call immediately. at first my thought was i owe nothing! THEY OWE ME! LOL so this is scam for sure. my pulse has calmed  TF down.

I received a call today, labeled "PAY PHONE", from number (303) 442-9290, with a voice message stating that this was a last official notice that the IRS is suing me. It stated that I should call (206) 249-7322 regarding this matter.

I'd really like to know who to report this to, because the shock of the message created unnecessary distress...

I received a call this morning on my VM stating to call this number 1-206-249-7322 that the IRS was suing me and to call this number immediately. When I called I got a person who sounded as if they were from India & I could not understand him at all when I asked for someone who was American so that I could understand him he put me on hold for about 10 mins. when he came back to the line it was the same man & he stated that there were not any Americans there in that office. I would have to deal with him when I told him that I refused to talk with someone that I could barely understand he hung up. I attempted to call back and the line is continuously busy.

Just received a ROBO call that the IRS was sueing me and to call that number  - This should be reported to IRS ASAP.  Go to there Website -  WWW.IRS.GOV.  Reported this using the Tax Fraud Alert link.

You should too,  the IRS does NOT contact people in this manner.

Go to IRS.GOV and report this issue  or call your local police to report the Fraud attempt.

You should report this the IRS immediately you paid for big phone call and they are trying to get you give them your SS#

Received a call  from 773-348-6302 (automated to my vm) telling me to call 206-249-7322 concerning final notice of IRS lawsuit.

Keep getting calls from this number on home phone and cell saying they are freezing our bank accounts and placing leins on all of our property.  They say they are IRS.  Just got another one saying that this will be the last call before filing lawsuit against us?  Definitely SCAM.  We have never owed IRS anything.  We are on the do not call registry so we shouldn't even get these calls.  So much for registering for that.

(530) 888-9043 just called my father. Was an Indian man says he's from the irs after being questioned on what he wants he got made and told my father he wanted to [***] him and then [***] him hard. Anyways I highly doubt an irs employee would ever speak to anyone like that. Total scam!!!

Just got an automated call claiming to be from the IRS stating that this would be the last time that they try to contact me and that I am being used from the IRS and I should call 206-249-7322 the number they were calling from is 1-818-239-1450.

those guys just called my girlfriend and told her that she owed 12000 and that she needed to go to her bank pull out all her money and then get a tax form from rate aid total scam

Called saying it was IRS and being audited from 2008 to 2013. I said did own taxes, didn't claim anything but standard and know there are no issues. Advised I would report this call to IRS. Caller promptly hung up.

I actually called the number after receiving a voicemail claiming to be the IRS.  The call was answered with a guy speaking obscenities.  I gave a few right back to him

Received a voicemail on my landline claiming to be the IRS and that it was my final call.  They are going to file a lawsuit against me.  I called the number back and someone answered screaming obsenities at me (probably a machine).

Received a call from number below. I didn't recognize the number & let it go to VM. VM message said they were calling from IRS and they are about to file a lawsuit against me. I was instructed to call 206-249-7322. Obviously a scam!!

Hey, everyone, I got this same call this morning. I called the IRS and confirmed with them that this is a scam. The lady directed me to call the Treasury Inspector General Department at (800)366-4484. Unfortunately, their call volume was too high for me to get to speak to anyone so I went to their website and put in my info and the scammer's info.
