They call me and tell me I'm in trouble for not paying a payday loan, that I've never had. They say that if I don't contact them they will have the police come to my work and arrest me.  He barely speaks english. He says his name is Mr. Davis and he's a paralegal. He even called my work and left the same type of message, that's after I not so politely told him where to go and how to get there and what to do along the way.

Same thing happened to me.  I have a whistle that I will use if they call back. Said he was going to file papers against me. Told him to take a hike.

just recieved a call from "officer Sam Smith" threating to arrest me at my home or work.... didn't call back- checked here first........ He claimed he was calling about a crime. Wont be deleteing that voicemail, maybe a lawyer would be happy to hear it?

He just called again.... let it go to voicemail
