received a call and it was a recording about a man stating a judgement. It was a hoax

Got a call looking for the 'suspect' Danielle Hackensack.  When I said I'd never heard the name the woman stated, "So, your telling me, on a recorded line that you have no knowledge of this person?  I said no..she said my name would be removed as contact...very odd!  She said they were a 'median firm' and hung up when I asked her the name of the company.

I continue to receive calls on my cell phone and on my work phone from this number.  They say I owe money on two payday loans (that I don't have).  When I explained to them that I didn't have any payday loans, they say that I do and that I will continue to receive these calls until I pay the balance.

This is a scam company....called me about a credit card debt that was from 2004!!!! Hello statue of limitations is 6 years for credit cards...also they can't file criminal charges against a bad debt- that's a lie and illegal for them to even claim or threaten you with... these are zombie debt collectors- report them to the attorney general and the FCC.

I get a call from this number every Monday morning. since I don't recognize it I don't answer, they never leave voice mail. thanks for your info I know not answer!!
