- Beware| 15 repliesGot an email listing this number saying that they were "interested in my property" no doubt - probably interested in stealing it.
from a domain xanproperties.com that is listed as suspicious malware host. - Not as Dumb As You'd Like! replies to Beware| 12 repliesYes Mark from KYO Properties at 206-279-7240 is emailing my email address unsolicited. To the point that I am now getting harrassed by so many emails from this person. I am going to start forwarding his SPAM directly to the Florida State Attorney's office for investigation of email fraud and I suggest you do the same. Forward to your State's Attorney's office.
- SharonRadford| 5 repliesI received at least 10 or 11 unsolicited e-mails from Mark at KYO properties. I am also going to forward to State Attorney in Florida.

- Sun Luz replies to Not as Dumb As You'd Like!| 6 repliesWell I just got a text from Mark@KyoProperties telling me he wants my property and to send him quick details to KyoProperties.com The number he text from is only 4 digits, 6685 which is another red flag. I am a Real Estate Agent and have several properties he could be asking about. In all my advertising I include my web site that has a link to search the entire state of Florida's homes for sale. On red flag after another went up after getting this guys text. I decided to Google him and his company and came across your posts about him. I am going to shut this guy down from contacting me as well. Good luck on your end.

I should have known better. So, I will refer the next email I get from him to Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum's office. This is apparently a scam. I also tried to google his company and found this site. Thanks.

- Jasmine replies to Texas Saw Co. LLCFantastic... I actually clicked on Mark's link and filled out the first page on the website which asks for my name, street address, phone number and the type of property for sale- when I clicked onto the next page there you are asked to list home details. At the bottom of that page is terms and conditions- I decided to send mark an email and ask this guy who he was and for more information. I have not heard back from him since.
I hope that by providing my name, number and address that I don't get into a pickle with this....
Yikes!! - KapSame solicitation for a property I have listed on Craigslist. Did not respond or go to his website. Red flag warning! Stay away from this guy.
- AmberSame phone number as the other Craigslist advertisers on here. I am in Oregon. UGH!

I have my home listed on Craigslist as well with all the details so if he was really interested he would already have the info. Wish these people would quit hacking and use what they have for good instead of evil. Message says: Hey I'm interested in your property...
Please give me the quick details at http;//www.agtproperties.com. I or one of my investors will get back to you in 24hours with a cash offer. We buy properties (all types) in all 50 states.

If this was the case I would have sold my home a 100x by now. Haha - ladyE| 6 repliesI received a E-Mail from www.Edproperties.com saying they were interested in my property and wanted to make a cash offer and asked me to give them a quick details at www.Edproperties.com. Red Flag is they didn't have guts to make a simple phone call. Can you believe this? I just want to sell my property legally!
- Caller: www.Edproperties.com
- Chris| 1 replyI just got a text from this guy today twice and I just posted items for sale on craigslist(not real estate) him wanting to purchase real estate. I am a broker in Washington state selling real estate. How come it came from a 675-53 is the only number that has come up on my verizon phone. Maybe I can report this to Verizon. He shouldn't be allowed to do this type of scam.
- Caller: Same as all above.
- Same here replies to ChrisI received two unsolicited text messages today from 222-226-7553. My T-Mobile account shows the origin of the call to be MAURITANIA, a country in northwest Africa. The text said,,, www.JpeProperties.com...we want your property... blah, blah, blah.
Considering that I have all text messages blocked, this was a surprise. Apparently, if you can spoof a carrier's email address, then you can send spam from servers in third world nations to people's cell phones. I believe this is a violation of the do not call laws in many states and the federal law, and this bogus company could face some serious time behind bars and/or a big fine for such activities.
I believe I am able to block this by using the email settings with my carrier that prevent computer generated SMS texts being sent to cell phones. This is in addition to regular text message blocking I had already set up. Funny, I don't even have email service with my flip phone, but alas, this procedure is how the carrier's computers send me necessary text messages. - Tammy| 1 replyHi, I got an email from my craigslist posting from Mark @edproperties and when I google it this is what came up, It also had a link inside the email for me to click but I didn't fall for that.
I have gotten nothing but scammer's like this one since I posted my listing a few days ago.
I answered one back thinking (hoping) it was legitimate but then I got a response with a link to click saying "try this" most of the scam's are easy to spot, typo's or sentences that are totally off.
Luckily I made an email account just for my craigslist account so I don't have to deal with this in my regular email.
Thanks for starting this posting on these people, its going to save a lot of people from wasting their time- Caller: edproperties
- Lori| 8 repliesI just got a text from this guy saying he will pay cash for my property. I am a Realtor but I didn't like the looks of the text and decided to google him just like the rest of you. I want to stop him from ever emailing or texting me again. I'm in Florida.
