They call all the time. Never pick up, Never any message.

Called and doesn't hang up, happens 30 mintues after I signup a toll free number from Kall8, can't say it's them but it's calling for Seattle (where Kall8 is)

Probably a welcome phone call.  I already had a number with them but added another.  10 minutes later I get the call.

Definitely Kall8.  Got the call, they hung up, then got an email about 20 min later saying they called.

They called my Skype number. I have had it for about 2 months. I limit calls to only people in my directory, yet they got through. I did not answer, just blocked the call while it was coming in. I may stop using Skype if they are giving out phone numbers to scammers.

Skype tells you how quickly they reissue numbers after being relinquished. It was after two months the last time I looked. You can get spam calls straight away.

I got more than one hundred debt collection calls for the previous user and zapped them until these calls stopped.
