Got a call from a man claiming to be an attorney representing a payday loan company I did business with.  His name was Dan Wilson (veary heavy Indian accent though), told me I would be issued a subpoena due to my account being past due.  Told me they wanted no more money from me for now and want to press criminal charges!?!  I contacted the loan company and i already knew I was behind in some payments, but they had NO knowledge of an attorney by that name or my account even being given to a third party!  I called him back and started asking question after question to see what type of BS this guy was on. Needless tio say he hurried me off of the phone. Don't give this guy ANY info at all!

the same man called me but he gave me the last 4 digits of my ssn an everything when i started questioning him he hung up i called bk no ans traced the call he is callin from a cell ph/bussiness ph kinda funny to me he had my info ive been calling bk to bk for a couple of days an no ans but your right really heavy indian voice  an u can barely understand what he is saying
