The caller said that she was with the IRS and this was my final notice that they are suing me.

Called and told me this was a final notice that I should contact them immediately because they are filing a case against me

I received a recorded message that the IRS had a warrant issued for my arrest and I must pay $2,286 immediately

Robo call from the IRS saying they are filing suit against me and I should call right away

Found a message from this number today when I came home. Same M.O. as so many previous posters. Robo-message saying the call was from the IRS and they were filing suit against me. I had to call the number with info ASAP. My heart skipped 3 beats - as most would - then I came to my senses and thought if the IRS was actually after me (which they have no reason to be), they would be sending certified letters, sending process servers or some sort of legit legal contact. They would not be using an automated robo call to leave a message without any kind of personal connection - they never used my name, address, etc. I blocked the number. Let's see if they try again from another number.

Received a message that they were calling from the IRS and that this was my final notice that they were filing a suit against me.   Never provided any identifying information with my name, adresss, etc.  When I called back the line just rings no answer.

Left a message saying the irs was Filing a lawsuit against me called them back said they sheriff to my house and arrest I cursed them out call them fraud and hung up the phone

Ya they told me on VM that this was my final notice and I was being sued by IRS. When I called back I couldnt get to anyone.

Got a call on land phone last night and on cell phone this morning.  The IRS does not make calls like this and they don't "file a lawsuit" against you.  The company and the person (a woman) is not identified.

I got this call from this number also.  The IRS is trying to sue me.  IRS will write you!!!!

Same scam call from this number claiming to be IRS and suing me. Call is from Bainbridge, WA, on a T-Mobile cell.  I know I don't owe any taxes and they're scammers. Reported the number to the Treasury Inspextor General for Tax Administration and the FTC gov. You should also report this number. See info below:
