This Guy nanmed Ed is a class one felony scammer He tired to con me out of 23k but I knew he was not legit, All I did was google his phone number and got tons of complaints from othere on the West Coast! ED used differnt names and insists on onlt using paypal or Western Union a major RED FLAG

This guy is trying to get some money out of us now. Trying to buy a drumset from Texas, wants us to send money to a "shipper" out in OR. Come on really. This guy is a fraud, why cant anyone get this guy for something!? Who does he think he is anyways.

Here's the last msg I received from Ed. I thought he was a con when he didn't challenge my price for a motorcycle I am selling. Says he is in San Diego and will have his shipper pick it up to give to his uncle in Alaska, WOW!:
"So delighted reading from you as regards this deal, Due to my present location, my choices are limited as i don't have access to phone facilities though i got a number where you can just drop me a voice message since i won't be around to answer to your calls but i will let you understand that if you want us conclude this transaction asap,we have to communicate here via emailing each other. I am an honorable man and you will receive your money cash in hand before this is picked up. I will be deploying a pickup firm as soon we have finalize and completed this deal via paypal, I will be expecting to have your full name and email address attached with your PayPal so as to enable me facilitate the transfer of the funds or alternatively you can send me a payment request..

Guy states his name is Ed Kester and he is supposeldy in the service.  Wanted to buy dinning room set from me but wanted me to send 450 through western union for delivery co. Guy is a scam artist and should be ARRESTED!!!!!!

As already noted by everyone, this Ed Kester (or whatever other names used) scammer is actively trying to steal people's money by making his payment to you contingent upon you sending him money first. Does anyone actually fall for this crap? I hope the authorities catch him and put him in prison where he belongs.

I received the same message and sent him my email acct.  I then received a message from "paypal" (supposably) saying I had to send $750 to an Amy Wade Western Union to Idaho Falls for shipping and then pay pal would release the funds.  I called paypal and they told me it was definitely a scam.  I then looked up the address where I was to send the funds and it turns out it is a grocery store not a shipping company.  Shame on people who do this. Is there anything I can do to help stop this or are dishonest people just going to keep getting away with this.  By the way this was for a motorcycle that my husband had and loved before his double hip replacement and knee replacement.  Shame on this ed person.

However, it's easy and free to open a paypal account. Just go to there website www.paypal.com and sign up a personal account there. Above all, it's like instant cash. As soon as you open an account, get back to me with the name and email that you linked with your paypal account and I will have your money sent asap due to the nature of my job and having being a paypal customer for the past 21 months with no charge back, I feel more comfortable sending my funds via paypal due to there various security measures at ensuring safe and secured transaction between both buyer/seller.

kester ed guess they flip the name around,wants to buy tool box thought it was fishy googled his name and found alot! Stay far away from these dirtbags! I thank everyone for their postings.

Hi...My name is Eddie Kester. The Better Business Bureau in San Diego just sent me these links. I have had a conracting business for almost 20 ys...   and I would like to press charges because this person is usig my name. I have no idea how to proceed, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ed Kester also goes by the name Mary Kester it seems.  This person or persons' is posting ads for Cars or horse trailers etc.  They are trying to get you to use google checkout as well.   From what I can tell, they are using the "too good to be true" scam. As in trying to sell something that should be priced around $20,000 and selling it for $4000.   And the vehicle or property is located at a shipping company because this Mary Kester is now a dealer on a casino ship.  Which conveniently doesn't allow her to use the phone.  Only email contact.

sell the trailer at this price because I cannot enjoy it due to my job(I work as a casino dealer on a cruise ship) and I'm a single woman and I have nobody close who can use it. This trailer was used by my ex husband who died two years ago.
All documents, including owner's manual, clear title and a bill of sale on your name will be provided along with the trailer.
Also about payment and shipping I will use only Google Checkout so we can both be protected. I am looking forward to hear from you.

my daughter had the same experiance only with a person using the name Susan Berro her email adress was susanberrow@live.com> i cant believe people fall for this if its to good to be true it probably is does anybody have any idea how to stop these people?
