billing address was in OH, Shipping to HI and his phone is area code 206

I recieved the following e mail from this person and this phone number is listed as his contact number:
Dear Sir / Madam

My firm wishes to procure Promotional Materials.

Please, provide the pricing for 8Gb and 16Gb USB drives.

Received the below via our quote request form, checked out the fxcontractors.com website and it seemed semi legit.  However since we are an installer still a bit fishy so I googled the phone number on the website and this came up with the emails phone number....
