I received a call from this number this afternoon and it was my doctor's office calling to report my lab results from my physical several days ago.  No survey in sight.

just a beeping noise

I let it go to voice message and it was just a series of beeps.

it called again so I picked up and it was silent until i said hello and then it started beeping

Was called twice

this is a number that has repeatedly called me and I have no idea what or who it is. When I call back to find out I never get a dialing ring tone and in 4 to 5 seconds the call is hung up by the receiving party. Complete mystery. I searched my Google log and this number has repeatedly called me starting Jan 31, then each month, usually 3x a month. Very bizarre; I'm sure it is spam. I would like to block this caller from my Samsung Galaxy; does anyone know how to do that?   I did note the entire call history, Jan 31st Feb 7, March, 3x in April, and again in May.

This was a call from my doctor's office.

I figured this phone number out a few years ago; however, I was very irritated that "whomever" is making the calls on behalf of Group Health could leave a message, or identify themselves.  I worked for GHC in Oly/ clinic for a few years, The changes are very difficult to keep up with.

This is from Group Health Bellevue, about scheduling surgery.
