Fax message promoting health insurance. Who is stupid enough to provide any personal health information to a blind phone number. This garbage needs to be stopped. How legitimate is this? A new way to steal with a virtual pencil.

What really sucks is my phone number is one diget off mine. I have been told that the number on the fax is hard to read. So I have been getting call after call from people trying to "opt out" on my phone! I get calls as early as 3am! Most of the calls are fax machines and they call over and over. I guess its time for a number change.

Call the telephone company International Telecom in King County WA and complain to them.  Their number is (206) 284-8600

This number doesn't even ring. I am f#$%ing tired of these scams. I get one of these a week

I don't know who is sending this FAX.  Every time I try to unsubscribe the voice comes on saying it is no longer in service - who can I report this to and what else should I do to get rid of this annoying call at 11:30 at night when I am asleep
