Called me at school saying I had a Felony warrant out for my arrest and they were giving me 2 hours to call back with a payment or the police that was on standby would arrest me, even told me my home address. Went to the local police department and had them run my info, there was no warrant on me. The guy who called didn't have an accent that I could tell, said his name was Chief Preston Scott, and the warrant was for not paying a payday loan back to Check N Go. Told me I was going to prison for 6 months. What a crock of poo.

I just recieved a phone call from this number this morning, saying I owe 3848.00 but I could settle today for just 2195.00 or I can make a payment plan of 318.00 for 12 weeks to avoid prison time. I told her I would call her back she said I have until noon or she would process the warrant for my arrest. She also told me I was facing 5 felony charges and 5 years in prison. I really do believe this is a scam after doing my research on them.

Looking for Frances Ogle. Never heard of this person.  He only knew my first name, he said he did not want to say my last name because he could not pronounce it. I did not tell him anything. He said something about this lady and her checks.  9 at night.

they called my parents, i am a grown adult, left them message freakin them out, thinkin im being criminally investigated...thats ok i did my research before i called them back, and i videod the whole conversation, so we'll see who goes to jail........and pays out big.....

Called about a debt that isn't mine and left a message threatening to issue a warrant and suspend my license..... Reported them to the Attorney General's Office.

My son was called from this number and the lady stated that she was Chief Justice with the United States Department of Justice.  She was telling him he had to pay $3,910.00 which was $1,000 less then what he supposedly owed Ace Check Cashing.  If he did not pay this today he would be arrested and go to Jail for 5 years.  He did a 3way call with me and when I asked her for her supervisor she stated that she was the only person that was in charge that she was Chief.  I told her there was no way we were paying this and we hung up.

She did leave another number to call back and it was 602-388-8837 stated it was Williams Scott

They told me I owe 5000 dollars for a payday loan from 2007 that's five years ago. They told me o have five felony warrants they would settle for 3000 or weekly payments for 431.00 for 12 weeks I said I can't afford that they said I need to get a part time job. They was going to suspend my licence and told me my licence # then have me arrested at midnight tonight I said go for it. Her name was chief investigator Suzanne. What kind of bs is this can they do anything like that.xx

no they can not, by federal law the can not put anybody in jail for a none secure loan, especially from check cashiers or ace cash, don't worry about it, they just trying to scare you so you can paid then, is a scam

Some lady from the Chief Justice Department..said i owed $5000. And threatned to take me to jail for 5 years and that my license would be suspended..when i asked her for her info she said she had already given it to me dummy..i told her off and hung up!

got a call from this #, they left a VM for me to call 817-665-0039 at ext 131.  i did call and talked to an Officer Williams. She said she was at a lawyers office and working for justice dept.  Said i had a debt of over 10,000. this was apparently from a check cashing place, said they ran an amount of 1407 five different times and there were now NSF fees and attorney fees.  When i tried to ask her questions during her speach, she said i should just shut up and listen, i was in enough trouble already, i asked the attorney name, she said william scott attny at law. gave me a po box 921041, arlington tx. tried to ask again about who she worked for, and she said she knew what game i was playing, and she was not falling for it. asked for fax number, she said she did not have one. she did offer to let me pay off my debt to stay out of jail, where she had said i would be for 20 years. anyway both numbers are VOIP numbers, one shows seattle wa, the other arlington, tx.  the law firm does not exist and Mr Scott is not listed with the bar association as an attorney.

called regarding a name they couldn't pronounce. I told them to take me off the calling list. They didn't know who I was. They didn't give the company name.The caller said he couldn't until they found out about possible fraud. They tried to get me to confirm a social security number. Now I know that isn't right.

I got a phone call yesterday saying they where doing an investigation on me in my county and that they where going to issue a warrant and suspend my drivers license if I did not call them back. I took out a payday loan 2 years ago. I am not saying I don't owe the money, but the threats are unreal. I have never had anything  criminal aganist me.

this afternoon I recieved a call from the so call "Federal Justice dept." with this number,the dude claims to be the chief investigator from the federal justice dept.
claims I took out a payday loan in 07' for 700 now I have to pay 0ver 2000 with compounded interested,I told him Im willing to pay the original 700 but he said no I need to pay the whole amount or he will call the freeway office to have me detained today so I humbly told him to "hurry and call Im waiting" I knew it was a collection agency when he said he was what he claimed to be. for one the federal gov. is not a collection agence for any privately owned biz. They only have one that I know of and thats the....everybody now..I.R.S   lol

same as above, except they gave me a routing and bank account number that I had used so long ago, I am sure I am in check systems maybe for NSF...OR?/??? SO I beleive I need not worry, but will call my local police department as well as check systems TODAY!

This number 206 384 4524 had called my home and told me that my husband had a out standing balance of over 5,000 dollers to wells Fargo bank and if he didn't pay by 12 noon today that he would have a warrant out for his arrest and my husband never used  wells Fargo bank ever

Left on my landline an intimidating message reference my name and one of my family members.  Regarding some type of fraud investigation an turning info over to police for a warrant of arrest.  Unsure by the message who the threat of arrest was ment for myself or family both our names mentioned in voice message.  I looked the number up on Google and saw several calls from this number to exstort money from people. Called Seattle 911 to report this. Directed by 911 to file complate to www.IC3.gov.  Called the number to get more info #206-384-4524 ext. 200. refered to call ext. 204 and did that got cursed out & acused of being a coward then hung up on by a male on the other end. Called back & got voicemail of a female. Left message that I have reported them to the FBI site that the police gave me www.IC3.gov & not to call me ever again.  Also be careful when looking this phone number up on Google after I did my web browser/homepage changed to something different and then tryed to scan my pc.

I just to got a call from this number. from cheif carter she told me that they were going to arrest me if i didnt pay 3600 in four hours. she also said that my licsense would would be revoked forever and I couldnt get it back. I called the Mesa PD and they have nothing on me. I also called FBI and they too have no warrents on my arrest. I was very worried but now I see this is a scame.

Got a call from this number but i missed it because i was at work so some lady left.a voivemail saying that she was calling and she said some case number that didnt sound real then she said i had to give them a call because of a loan i got from ace for 350.00 which now im going to be charged with check fraud and my license was going to be suspended so i called the number back and she transferred me to someone else who then advised me that i now oh 1200.00 because of interest then he asked me for a down payment of 333.79 and a card number to put on file in which i didnt give him, so i decided to look them up and this is what i found i will not be giving them a dime
