Received a call from this number and no one answered when I picked up. Then I tried calling back and the call just ended.

I got a call form this # too...no message..

i keep getting called from this number and no message is ever left....

I got a call from this number twice under four hours. When I picked up the second time around, a man with an Indian accent said "This is Universal Trading Group" -- I didn't say anything and he hung up shortly after that. I am on the Do-Not-Call list.

Sorry - it was "Universal Lending Group".

This number has called me 3 times in a row. First call was an oriental lady saying she was with AT&T and wanted me to confirm the number she was calling, the name of the business, and the address. I did not comply. She said something about talking to her manager, I told her I did not care to talk to him or give her any information and then I hung up. Phone rings like 1 minute later. It is the "manager" :) He gives me the same spill about receiving an $11 discount on certain services,blah,blah,blah. I told him I was NOT authorized to give out any information, call back next week and speak to one of the owners. I hung up. *dun dun dun* The phone rings. He says, Why you hang up? I told him I was in here by myself, I am very busy, and I'm NOT giving any info to him. He keeps rambling on........."just to let you know this call is being recorded for quality assurance and training purposes" (That was a mistake on his part) I said, GREAT, well since this is being recorded, Listen Up!! I aint tryin' to be rude dude, but I aint got time for whatever it is. I caint understand half of what the hell youre saying, nevermind its Friday, and this is my day to totally NOT give a [***]!!!! Have A Nice Day !!!!!  Its been just about 15 minutes since his last transmission, so far so good !! Hope this helps !!!

This telemarketer has already called me 6 times today!!! I'm beginning to think that being onthe donot call list is just a dud website--just a facade and not actually block these violating telemarketers.

I got the foreign guy who does not speak English very well from "Universal Trading Group". He said he was a third party hired by the government and he said that there was an error in my previous year taxes and I could obtain a credit of $1475 to my account - just give him my direct deposit info and it will be in the account within 24 hours.........funny

These same people have 2 different scams at least.  One is to say they are from Universal Lending Group and they try to get your information so they can give you a loan, but really they obviously are trying to steal money from you.  If that doesn't work, they call back later and give you a case file number and say you are being accused of fraud and will face severe criminal charges if you don't pay off some fictional debt that you do not have.  Watch out.

My cell rang while I was at work so I did not answer.  They did not leave a message and I did not recognize the number so I typed it into google, and this site popped up.  Thank you to all you who have posted because now I know what to look out for.

This number comes back to the Seattle, Washington area. I received a call from this number, but did not answer, not recognizing the number.

This number calls me several times a day every day, nobody is ever on the other end.

Call back and press 1; you'll be taken off  their call list

They just called my cell phone. Said I was eligible for $1500 loan. Cut him off, said no thanks and take my number off their list. Chicago area.

after you catch chinese scammers, they continue to call from all kinds of numbers just to harrass you

This is nothing but a scam..

they keep calling  and saying they are with some legal dept. trying to collect a debt once even identifying himself as officer douglas it is a scam
