I've received two messages from this guy, the original came in as Freddie Blackburn and the one following from a Barry Johnson who asks me to take my info off of craigslist and to send him my personal info so that he can send a check via USPS. This guy needs to get caught the whole thing screams fraud, one email is from the UK and the other a gmail account.

SCAM ARTIST! He has been sending out fraud checks written on my account. Nail this sucker!

The way I understand it, people have already turned him in to the FMI and CIA. I'm not sure if anything is being done, but he just contacted me today. I have already emailed him back letting him know that I know exactly what he is...A SCAMMER!

SCAM! everyone gets the same, how does he do it though?

I got the exact same E-Mails yesterday.

I got the same email from him last night. And its even after I sold the car and took off craigslist. He said soory for late responce he was in hospital.

I got the same message from him as quoted below.   It seemed a bit fishy,  so I googled in and found this site.   So he is still in action.

I want to thank everyone who put this info on this site, I am trying to sell a vehicle and he states he will send me the money and wants a bunch of personal info and that he will arrange for pick up. Well for one thing if someone from this zip, who knows where it is, is gonna travel to Montana for a $600 vehicle and ship it back is insane! What a life, of being a scam artist! Who do I contact about turning him in and what steps need to be taken so someone does not fall for this and get taken!?!

can we all get together and file a complaint or do we need to file seperately? this is a bunch of bologna.

I got the same email from him today too, word for word  I wrote him back and told him to f off and i tried to call him and tell him over the phone as well but i just get a weird voicemail.  id love to get him busted.

I just got the same exact message, told him i would not take a check and he stopped emailing.

Got this today he is still at it. It didnt sit right with me so I googled him and his number I am glad I did. What a scum bag! grrr
