They will try to get you to verify your address.  

They will claim you authorized it if you just say anything at all to them (will edit a recording of your voice where you said "Yes" to something).

They try to get you to sign up for an essentially useless $49.95 service by offering $25 a month in phone rebates. If you talk to them, just say "no No NO" and hang up.

This company is ruthless!  As stated above, just say NO! NO! NO!  If they continue to call, threaten them with the FCC.

Also, call your phone service provider immediately because you need to protect yourself from being billed.  It is always easier to be proactive than to try and have the fee removed after the fact!

I told them my bill handled by corp office in another state (which is true) and they got off the phone fast....they are slick in the way they handle the call - watch out!

They called our business line.  The company is United Prosolve.  They do claim to be a tech support service.  One they want to transfer you to a third party verification you know this is a scam to switch your local or long distance service.  Call both your local & long distance company and ask to put a "freeze' on your services.  This will eliminate any company trying to slam. Well worth your time calling to prevent this slammers.

United Prosolve is a rip off company.  They will talk to an employee and then beging charging  29.95 or more an your monthly phone bill until you finally catch that they are doing it.  Everyone needs to complain to their respective phone companies until they black ball them!
