This number has called a few times, then hangs up as soon as I say hello.  The recording when you call it back says to leave your account number and she'll call you back.

This number called me today on 02-22-10 at 1:38pm. When I said hello they hung up or dead air was on the line.  I called it back and Michelle said, hello Billing Department.  Seems like a collection company..

(206) 479-2311 is unpublished and listed in Seattle Washington.

I got the same call from 206-479-2311, stupid.

It is NOT a collection company.  It is Kall8, a company that provides phone services such as 800 numbers for small businesses.  They called me because my credit card, that I used to pay my monthly service fee, expired and they needed the new expiration date.
