The person calling from this number claims to be from the IRS and they tell you that you have to send them money because you haven't paid your back taxes and if you don't send them money them the cops are going to come to your door and take you to jail. Told me to get in my car and not tell anyone what I was doing and got to the bank.

This person claims to be from the IRS pending a lawsuit against me.

This guy tried to tell me I committed tax fraud and needed to resolve this case or they would send someone to my door in the next hour to arrest me or I could give him 500 dollars of the 4 thousand something that I owed when I refused to work with him or give him any information he hung up on me very aggressive Indian accent. Don't be fooled.

Got an automated message saying it was the IRS and I needed to call back to resolve an issue. Called several times every time a different person answered. Sometimes they just said they were IRS others they said Internal  Revenue Service. Always with an Indian accent. Usually hung up when I said I knew they were a scam. One guy even threatened to kill me, when I asked how he hung up. Another guy who claimed his name was Jason Taylor gave me a sob story about how they were forcing him to work there and if I didn't give him money they were going to hurt me.

I have had 2 calls today stating they have a lawsuit against me and that I have to call them immediately. .which
I didn't!  I know I'm safe. .don't give in!!

This was the 3rd call today. Stating that we are being sued by the IRS and must send them mony "immediately" or a U.S. Marshall would be at my door with-in the hour to take me to jail. I am a 75 year old man, disabled with lung and heart disease. I began to immediately experience angina pain. I hung up on this [***] and immediatly had to take a nitro pill for my pain. This sort of scam is going to end up costing some old disabled person their life!

This number called my cellular phone. I did not answer this number because I did not recognize it. They left a voicemail. I listened to the voicemail and it was an automated message telling me this was my final notice that the IRS had a lawsuit against me. I went to the IRS website and looked the number and location from which this number called and they are not listed on the IRS website. I'm going to block this number.

[***] message claimed to be from the IRS. Preying on the naïveté of unsuspecting population, this type of telemarketer should be jailed for fraud and harassment.

yea I just got a voicemail how there is a lawsuit against me for tax fraud, Interesting as the caller had a thick Indian accent and there was a lot of backqround noise.  I called back and talked with him for a little bit, I said "great send me all the paperwork I will go from there"  I eventually hung up

this caller leaves a message on my answering machine saying the IRS is filing lawsuit against me and for more information on this case to call their dept number at 206-488-7277             the caller id says BAINBRDG IS  WA

Someone has called my cell ph numerous times for the last several months-I have a loan due from my bank which I have never had a loan from my bank and today I just received a call saying a lawsuit was going to be filed against me for back taxes.  I received a refund last year and haven't even filed my taxes this year.  That will be done tomorrow.

they called me around six am saying i owed back taxes & they were gonna send marshal to my house in a hour. & they said the only way i can pay is money gram. when i called the number back it went to voice mail sounds like a tmobile standard voice mail BEWARE

Rubbish.If your friend got arrested it wasn't by these scammers. Pick your friends ( if you have any) more carefully in future.

Claims Irs

Scams of the worst species. They pretend to be calling from the IRS offices and they are gonna sue you...! Just laughable because the IRS doesn't sue people! They are liars and their criminal action is called fraud.

They always call leaving a voicemail saying this is my final notice from the IRS(internal revenue service) and that they're filing a lawsuit against me and to call back. I called backed not knowing any better so I recommend not to call back because it is scam. Another time they called me they asked for someone who wasn't me and they just hung up. IRS most of the time will mail you if there is any issue but they don't have time to call people all day I know this because I have a relative who works for IRS.
