I got the same number as well.  It's from Seattle Washington.

got a call from a dummy as they did not speak although the lin was open.

Left recorded message asking to press '9' key for connection to a representative to reduce credit card rates.

I did not pick up. Caller did not leave message. Caller ID said Customer Services.

It is an automated message stating that it is the final notification that they can help lower my credit card interest rates. I refuse to answer for numbers I do not recognize, but I have received multiple calls and messages have been left on my machine.

Registered to pacific telecom... junk! Do not talk to these people. Better yet, file a complaint with the FTC:

We are on the no call list.  Take our number off your list and do not call again.

The low interest credit rate is for their own "credit card" that is only good with their merchandise catalog.  It is a scam.

P.S.  NEVER answer the phone and, by all means, NEVER EVER press 9....EVER!  You will NOT "get them."  They do NOT care if you are on the Do Not Call list, so don't bother.
