calling on my cell - - even though it's on the do not call registry!

I got a call at 11:10 AM this morning (which is actually 8:10 AM on my cell phone as my area code is from the western US) from this number. I answered it and it was a recording from "Cardholder Services" informing me that there 'was nothing wrong' with my cards but they could lower my interest rates and I should press 1 to speak with an operator. I pressed one and an operator came on immediately. I asked if I could be removed from their list as my cell phone number is listed on the national Do Not Call list and was immediately hung up on.

I Just got the same call.  I pressed 1 and a very rude man came on.  I asked what the name of the company was and he refused to tell me.  I said do I have an account with you.  He said "you called us".  I said "no I didn't, you called me and I pressed 1"...he said well mam, there are thousands of companies out there that help people with lowering interest rates...I suggest you call someone else" and then he hung up.  It was weird and rude.

The live "operator" is actually a scammer asking for your personal financial info.

This is an annoying phone number, they call me but I didn't answer, it was suspicious cause I don't have friends or relatives in seattle, so I decide to check on the net and look what I found another scamer phising try to get info from the phone, they call me at 8:00Am I hate that, I hope they catch them for scamming and bothering people.

i missed the call (thankfully), did not recognize the number, so i googled, and see it is spam/scam.

Just called about an half an hour ago. Luckily we have caller id. It says US CC Group.

Just got called by this number on my cellphone. I am on the Do not call list for home and cell phones.  I did not answer because I didn't recognize it. Luckily, I didn't since others are reporting it as a spammer, credit card company.

Called my cell phone even though I am on the "do not call" registry. Very annoying. Didn't answer because I do not recognise the number. They did not leave a message.

Called me on a Saturday morning while I was at work.  I didn't recognize the number and I didn't answer.  I'm on the Do Not Call registry.  So glad I checked here and didn't answer.  What a pain in the ass.

My phone number is on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and I am receiving calls from this #; I've researched it online and it is apparently 'card services' and they are apparently calling a lot of people!
