Number called me soliciting a Visa & Mastercard processing system/program. Our business number is also on the donotcall.gov list- therefore they are in violation of FTC laws.

Get visa/mastercard solicitation calls almost daily.  We are on do not call list, but they still call.

Business or commercial phone lines are NOT protected by the do not call list.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating telemarketing calls, a possible violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
