Caller ID said: Found Amer Vets; no message.  don't know why they're calling me, I've never donated to them; sounds like a scam to me

Thank you for the educational link.  I noticed the light on my phone come on (no ring as previously blocked).  Anyway checked them out.

Caller ID said Found Amer Vets [first phone call; second had no ID]  no message=scammer;  I don't donate to any org that calls me on the phone or emails me.  Besides I'd rather support kittens

Received a call from this number and there is no caller ID.  Answered this call and nothing.

My mom and I ARE HAVING hacking issues, (Serious).  Her PC is also now contaminated.  They went through the e-mail accounts, and downloaded serious viruses. These INCLUDE car phone trackers, listening and having access to all videos, pictures, texts, e-mails, audio, etc. Have now been in credit. banking. Google accounts., etc. listening to voicemails and conversations through the android, apple phones connecting to the PC. I received a call from this number, in which the guy KNEW my NAME?? When  I have NO affiliation with the number he was calling. I double checked with COMCAST and they said, they are somehow seeing  I am on line, or virus in my phone, causing him to link my name to the number?? When I said. HOW DO YOU KNOW MY NAME?? HE REPLIED HE HAD A LIST WITH MY NAME AND NUMBER. I TOLD HIM IMPOSSIBLE!!! SINCE IT WASNOT MY PHONE NUMBER. HE DIDNOT SAY ANYTHING, SO I HUNG UP. He sounded like a robot recording, and talked fast and nonstop. I know the organization is rel, but I do not Believe for a second that this is not a scam.

Someone is calling from this number atleast once a day and usually around 9 pm.  While I don't answer and let it ring, is very annoying and definitely should not be happening as I'm on the do not call list.

Keep getting calls over and over, asked them nicely not to call once and still got 3 more calls.  Was not as nice this last time 8:30am and told them NEVER to call again

Tired of receiving calls from this number

A guy asked for Kenny so knew my name. Said the guys want to know if I would send money if he sent me a thing in mail . I told him; no, thank you.

Got a call from a "veteran's " organization as seen on my caller ID. They asked for money. I started saying how I always contribute
to the vets in other programs and the caller hung up on me when I was in the middle of a sentence!.

Another note: when I called THEIR number myself, 3 different days/times, their voicemail was always full and their receptionist phone number hung up automatically. SCAM.

Scam. They use computer robo calls so you think it's a live person. They really, really want your credit card.

Apparently this call is from Foundation for American Veterans.There is a very good post here with links to articles on this company. While they are legitimate, only 11% of their total income for 2015 went to veterans. As a veteran, I find this deplorable and obviously I won't be sending them any money.

repeatedly calls and when I just hang up they call back the next day and just hang up on me.  Gotta be a scam run by morons.  They might want to be careful.
