Name on ID is RX Assistance.  Said they heard that I have pain.  Asked who they heard that from, didn't answer but said they could help me and I only needed to answer a few questions.  Told them if I had pain I would call my Doctor and they are not to call me again.

Heard "click" automated computer call, woman asks, "How are you today?"  I reply, "Tired" she says, "Ok...." I finish, "tired of all these unsolicited calls from telemarketers when I am on the DO NOT CALL list so don't call here again" and she becomes arrogant and states in a loud tone, "YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO'S CALLING" told her not to ever call here again.  Then went to Verizon and blocked the number 206-582-7956

Got a call today from this number. Didn't answer it and no msg. left.

On March 26, I complained here after the b***h that called me tonight had called.  They won't stop.  I told them on 3/26 not to call here again, tonight gave her four reasons why she shouldn't call here, the last one made her an offer if she wanted to continue to talk she would have to give me HER credit card number so I could bill RX Assistance for an HOUR of my time at $75.00....dead silence, she was speechless and then said in that same condescending tone, "Have a nice day".  What in the H**l is wrong with these people?  I am on the do not call list which is obviously useless.

Called me - I am on the DNC list - no message - just a computer voice saying thank you and hung up on me - gather it's an auto dialer checking to validate contact numbers and I'll receive another call soon. I'll block em now. Thanks

I just got a call of a man chuckling and then  they hung up...

they are continually calling my home also and I don't pick up. thank you all for posting so i could look up your remarks. they don't leave a message, they are calling my cell.don't know how they got that number

Calls my cell every few days, nothing when I answer then a recorded voice says "Goodbye".....What?  My cell is on the National DNC List for what little good that does.

Called my cell.  I don't pick up if it's another area code.  Blocked now.

This number calls a couple times at week.  Never leaves a message.  I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, especially when they come from all the west coast and I live on the east coast.  They have been blocked now.  Why doesn't the DNC help us out?

Calls at least every other day.  I do not answer the call and no message is left.

"Carmen" calling me back using a secondary call number after I block thier primary calling number. I'm experimenting. Normally, I don't bother to block their calls because I recognize the number and ignore it. But by blocking now, I'm forcing them to disclose new secondary numbers when they call me back which I immediately report on web sites like this to help readers, like you.

The recording of this "lower your rate" call is exactly the same past calls but from a new number to avoid call blocking. The recorded message is their usual patter (see below) followed by a 7 second pause, then they say "good bye" and disconnect. when I failed to press any buttons.

Their total disregard of the Do Not Call list certainly tells us a lot about their business ethics, doesn't it?

[female voice] "Hello, this is Carmen at Cardholder Services calling in reference to your current credit card account. It is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate. Please consider this your final notice. Press the number 1 now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate or press the number 3 to discontinue further services. Thank you and have a great day."

[7 second pause]  [female voice] "Good bye".

Folks, please don't blame the DNC registry.   These telemarketers are doing this against the laws designed to protect us from them.   The DNC doesn't know they are calling unless we report them!    So fine, go ahead and block the calls, but please also go to the DNC and REPORT these jerks!!!
