Verizon wireless collections

Thanks Jay - I was trying to figure out who was calling.  They have called me at least 4 times today.  They were calling from the phone number 301-882-9927.  Debt collector from Directv.

This debt collector's database must have been screwed. I got at least 10 calls in the whole week starting with if this is not Jonason, hang up. Then this morning a real person was on the other end.

sure got call on verizon cell phone,  called back, crappy connection, noise in background, thought mb boiler room op, scam....

Received call from a person at this number did not completely identify herself. Wanted to verify my address. Was upset that I would not. I asked to talked to her supervisor. He wanted to verify my address and and my last four numbers of social security if told him no way. If you was making collections calls he should mail the info registered mail like every other bank.. He said they won't do that. That his clients are not special. The company is fishing for personal information. This is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Debt collector for Verizon.  Asked me to confirm my mailing address, and then complained about how bad his connection was when I asked him to mail me information confirming that they have a right to collect on the debt.

To whom it may conecrn, Whoever you may be trying to collect moneys from DOES NOT live here nor are they employed by my company. Pleae stop calling and hanging up in our ears.

I filled out a form online for an e-Cigarette offer and I get these calls every day. I have answered twice and told them to quit calling, yet they continue. I am filing this as harassment, just not sure with whom to file.

Sleazy collection agency. They call my cell phone looking for a "Carlos Navarro". I tell them I am not that person and request that they quit calling me but they continue to call me looking for Carlos. About a half year ago a different collection agency called me looking for this guy. I assume Carlos Navarro had this cell phone # before I got it and the number is circulating from debt collector to debt collector. I wish I could make them stop.

These guys are soliciting from Harp Marketing, Melbourne Florida, Sarno road.

They call once a day (at least).  They do not leave a message.  I do not answer the phone if I do not recognize the number.  If it is important they will leave a message.  I do not owe any money to Verizon (I don't even have an account with them) or DirectTV (never had the service).  I don't owe money to anyone, so if this is a collections company they must have the wrong number.

Keep getting these calls too, very rude people on the other end of the line.  I told them to put it in the mail, they claim they can't do that at the "drop of the hat", I told her if I had something in collections then it should come to me through the mail.  She then said they sent a notice TWO days before Christmas (which I never got), so then I told her good then you can photo copy it and re-send it, then it isn't at the "drop of the hat".  I told here many times, after verifying my mailing address to her to mail it, that I was not interested in doing business over the phone.  Not sure how they got my phone number, as I have had this cell number less than a year!  Tired of these people calling, wish they would send a letter in the mail so I know this is legitamate!

Constantly calling

I have gotten a few calls from this number. When I picked up one time it was just an immediate hang-up, and they've never left a message.

put them on the DO NOT CALL registry. That way if they continue to call you, you can file a complaint and they will give them a big fat fine. I'm sure they,will stop calling you then.
