THIS IS A SCAM BY MIDDLE EASTERNERS AGAINST THE USA.  There is a payday loan company with the name of USA Cash Advance or Cash Advance USA, can't remember which, in Florence, KY.  They do not use phone collections.  Save this number in your phone as SCAM DEBT.  Contact the WA Attorney General and to make a complaint.  You can do the complaint via phone.  206-464-6684.  They said call the FCT too at 8777-382-4357.  I read on one site, pissed consumer, or rip-off report that this may be terroist related.  One person that she contacted the FTC and was told that "everybody was looking for these people.  First person I talked to was somewhat with a very thick Middle Eastern accent, then someone named Dominic got on the phone (1st person's supervisor), then Anthony DeCosta.  I told him needed to provide proof of debt.  Then I got the name reversed.  I told him I had never had a payday loan.  He was such a dummy, didn't know the difference between debit and credit.  I told him he needed to learn FDCPA.  He talked about getting the name of my attorney.  Then threated to shoot ne.  I told him "You think, Bin Laden is dead, so they say and if you keep on you will be too.!!!

They just called me like minutes ago so I figured I would google. the number.  It was hard to understand them.  They told me they were with some legal aide department and wanted me to take care of my debt.  They asked for my name, phone number, and address.  I would not give them ANY information and didn't like it when I kept asking them why they needed that information if they already called me.  At first a lady called me and she hung up on me.  The man called me back over and over until I answered.  I told him it was hard to understand him because he barely spoke English.  He then asked me if I spoke English and asked me to spell the word awkward.  I was very offended.  The nerve of some people.  I will use your information to contact the people I need to.

These fools called me up last week and today about some debt to some online payday lender named USA Cash Advance.  I've never done business with this company.  Their accents are very strong and they threaten being picked up by law enforcment and what illegal practices has one engaged in.  I told them this is a nonsense call and they have no reason to call me with this bullsh..t and don't call me again.  I will phone the Attorney Generals office tomorrow and issue a complaint.  Why is it that people have nothing to do but hurt people.  These people are criminals that should be investigated and arrested.  Inflicting mental harassment on individuals should not be allowed.  Someone do something about these filthy scammers.  Don't we have enough problems in this country.

these people just called me and left me 3 voicemails and are  very hard to understand. they told me to either have my lawyer contact them or i contact them and if not then the only thing they can say to me is good luck. i was like ooooooooooh k??? lol

YES --- THIS IS A SCAM!  These dirty Middle Eastern MF'ers leave threatening messages all hours of the day (on both my cell AND work phone) with key phrases like "You will be met at your home or place of employment and dragged to jail,"  or  "If you do not return the call all I can do is wish you... (soft, demonic whisper) Good Luck..." Oh & every time they call they're somebody different. One day they're one of a dozen fake Law Firm names they use, another day they're a Sherrif's Office, another day an Investigation Agency, etc.... it never ends! The last message I recieved started in one accent, (I guess the goal was to fool me) changed mid-way through, (they've got small brains they'd probably forgotten their clever plan mid-threat) and by the end was 100% indian/pakistani/the SAME guy. Apparently not only do they use fake personal & business names, but they're also trying out new voices so you don't realize who they are. What a smart little bunch of dirty terrorists. The American public is NOT that stupid nor naive! I've told them on several occasions I've filed police reports and that everyone knows they're a SCAM that attain your personal info from phishing payday loan sites that at one time I'd filled out forms for (VERY regrettably. Go somewhere local in person. NEVER get a payday loan online!! Most of you probably have which is how they, and multiple other scam-ready companies have your number)  Anyway all they do is yell back into the phone at you claiming you owe them $$ (you're lucky if you can decipher that much) & 9 times out of 10 if you can stand to stay on the phone longer than 30 seconds, you're guaranteed to be hung up on. Anyone with half a brain's first clue they aren't legit should be the manner of RUDENESS in which they speak to you, and the fact that you're not allowed to ask them any questions about who they are or what you owe, they're the only ones that get to talk. Oh and as an added auditory treat, ALL you hear in the background is another guy, same accent, likely the twin brother, screming at another victim on another phone. I work a full time 45+ hr job for my cash, and these dirty indian/whatever the F they are pieces of garbage sit around on their 100+ phone numbers & try to scam people with harassing phonecalls & rediculous threats. Unfortuanately the police refuse to do anything about it since its only considered a harrasing phonecall, unless it goes further. It's total BS. I have no faith in the justice system or people in general anymore. They change their number at least once a day so its almost impossible to track or repot. Go back to whatever country you came here on a floating door from... you people are truly pathetic!!  **If you are also experiencing these calls, alert your telephone company & local police department IMMEDIATELY -- maybe if enough people stand up & complain profusely about this we can put these dirty crooks behind bars where they should be. My phone's been a$$ raped enough with these constant calls, and in prison I hope you a$$sholes are too. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS... WHY CAN'T ANYBODY HELP!?

Has called me @ work and on my cell.  Can't understand what is being said because their English is atroscious.  I think I heard the word lawyer and I had to call back. If they want to leave me a message, at least they can learn to speak English so I can understand them. And since I don't owe anyone money as the last comment said, I'm really not too worried.

They called me today. Said the same things about a payday loan. They used kinda the same names. Anthony Jones and supervisor Dominic. They were so mean and would not give me any REAL info. They would not provide me with any names of people to contact or the lawyers name the worked for. I called King County Wachington Courts and they had to law suites in my name. Plus if you are being suied they have to serve you with papers via a member of the court or police officer giving them to you. I called them back so many time they blocked my number. This is a SCAM do not give them any info over the phone and do not pat them any money. I reported them to the police for fraud but not much they could do.

they started stalking my phone at 6:00am this morning. Saying I owe a payday loan. In whch I had taken one out but paid back in full. these people saying the cops are coming to my house and I a getting arrested.

I just got the same call from a different # 818-920-8647. Same message different name of person calling, different law firm and different loan place. When I told them they tried to get me the other day and I started to tell them I went to the police the hung up.

i recieved a phone call  from same dude named dominic   at 206-629-9392   saying  he has a suit  and being sued by  cash advance usa    but  i know all the loans ive had in past is paid  the hell off   and he  trying to tell me il b arrested and   that if i need to  keep out of court  to pay bill and how was i gonna pay it   i told him my [***] is paid off   and i have  proof   but i didnt tell him to [***] off   but i wanted too

yes almost they did   when  they read the last of my account number  but i went to my bank and closed that account and opened a new one

I have received the same type of call. The guys name was Dominic and the supervisor is Mark Jones.
Tried scaring me wanting to verify my information and wanting my attorneys information. He became very upset when I told him I was recording our conversation and I would wait to be served. He started threatning me and was getting meaner when I started to mock him. Now he is calling my work leaving the same message he was leaving on my cell. Till this day...I havent received any papers and only keep getting his annoying voice mails.

I got the same call. They have my social security number, bank account number, and other info. I called my bank and notified my credit bureau. Can they actually use my information to do any further harm? As far as I know now, they haven't used any of the information other than to harass me and say I have to be in court in Seattle, WA. I live in Cali...yeah right. Is there anything else I should do?

These people called me today to my job, told me that if I didn't pay the amount of $1,254 they were going to report me to a legal attorny and that I was going to lose my job! I would ask them where they called from and they said that it was a company from the government called Cash Advance USA. I would ask them questions and when I wanted to talk they said that I needed to be quiet if I wanted help, and they were so RUDE !! they couldn't even speak English, it sounded like broken English, the guys name was Mark Jones, and the other guys name was John , how are you going to be Indian or from Pakistan and say your name is John, that makes no sense! I was so worried cause they said I was going to go to jail and that the police was gonna go to my house and take me to jail, I couldn't even concentrate at work, it was horrible, what can I do to make it stop? I live in Maryland, what can I do? Who can I call?

These people called me saying a law suit was against me! When I asked for what they began to ramble! The so called supervisor is mark! I was wanting to know if they can use my information like my social and bank account

everybody, just ignore these calls these people are just lying but how they get all of our information idk and its really creepy how they say your social security number and even your bank account number like these people really need to go to jail because they are invading your privacy just to get money! they are terrorists all they want is our money and revenge towards the united states please report this to the police immediately so enough of us can make these people go to jail! they are putting so much stress on us getting us worried that we owe money when we really dont and even threatning us that we are going to lose our Jobs, spread the word to your family friends and loved ones so they wouldt be worried incase they call them!
