    This is NOT a scam or Phishing #. It is the Washington State Department Of Social And Health Services. People reporting it as a scam caused me harm, because the number has been placed on several phishing lists & T-Mobile blocks it. Please stop reporting this number so that others won't be harmed. They are the food stamp & medical financial department for workers with disabilities.

    This is a number used by the State of Washington and can be used by many different agencies within the State (this is just one business phone line that a State agency can dial out on, it's automatic, with when calling someone). For me, it happened to be a call from the State's WMBE program. So, if you are expecting a call from an agency within the State of Washington, then pick up. Otherwise, you can always wait until the person calling leaves a message - they're always good about leaving messages.
