This is a debt collection company E R Solutions that operates out of Seattle, Washington and collects debts from telecommunications companies such as a cell phone or AT&T phone bill as well as Citi Bank and a large list of other companies.

they need to stop calling if they not going to leave message on machine or said something when i answer it....they just hear you breath and hang up

Be glad its only once or twice a day so far. I am at my brothers for a few days of RR to recoup from chemo, and they called three times while I was asleep this morning from 10-1, and twice since I woke up and its only 2:07. I'm a little ticked...

they call once week and do not leave massage

I am receiving a call from this number multiple times a day, asking for a Victor. I do not know who the person is they are calling for. One of the promts they offer is "If this is a wrong number, please press 4" but yet they continue to call. How do I make it stop?

I'm too cowardly to leave my real name, although no doubt "they" could discover it almost instantaneously.  I just got another call from these 206 guys.  This time, they have a new intro, which asks if I (you....) prefer Spanish to English.  This is the first time this has happened in the many, many calls.  When I responded affirmatively,  I was connected immediately to a clear-spoken, easy to understand Spanish "Voice."   This Spanish speaking Voice, (woman) (recording) used a different name from that used by the English speaking Voice.  My Spanish isn't very good, so I didn't understand all the message's nuances, but understood enough to know to press "4" to indicate they had called me in error.  Previously, when I tried to use this response (in English) nothing relevant or appropriate happened; the Voice didn't believe me, kept trying to get me to pay up for whatever it way they think I owe (I don't know what it is!) or something else along those lines.  But this time, the Spanish Voice graciously apologized for "molesting" me and begged my forgiveness.  I should have asked for 3 wishes!  Quite a change.  Now, what can I do to get them to stop calling - in any language - just stop?

I think they got my daughter's number in error but they won't stop calling.

Follow up:

I submitted a form on the web (http://www.e-r-solutions.com/index-7.html) asking them to remove my daughter's number...  we'll see what happens.

Less than 24 hours after submitting the form on the web (http://www.e-r-solutions.com/index-7.html) I received a personal e-mail, with a real person's name and phone number, apologizing for the inconvenience and indicating that my daughter's number has been removed from their system.  Extremely professional!

never leave a message

They call me all the time also, not sure rather I have business with them or not. Futhermore, they dont state that. If the government wants to help ther regular person they should bail us out, not necessarily from our bills, but atleast from this type of harrassment.

i get these calls many times a day, i just got a new cell phone with a new provider last week, the last one i had was a go phone, as i am assuming that this is a debt collector for cell phone providers,, well i am not in debt thats for sure,, they too do not leave messages,,they are very annoying,someone needs to help out with these pests,when you try and call back thats next to impossible too,,

the tell number 206-674-7507 is bothering me too much ,,, please stop to harassment people.

They call 3-4 times a day for my son who does not live with me and when i say he does not live here they keep calling back How do i make them stop

I kept getting calls from these yahoos for about two weeks--CONSTANTLY.  They're trying to collect a debt from someone.  I called 800.444.8485 (from a contact list found here: http://www.e-r-solutions.com/index-7.html) and they SAID they would remove my number.  We'll see.
