I recvd a phone call from this phone threatening to take me to court for not paying a payday advance. he identified himself as being an attorney at a law office. I asked him questions and he was unable to give me answers.  i told him that i googled the number and there has been many complaints against this number and as soon as i said that he hung up the phone.

I just received several phone calls at my job and they made several harrassing phone calls to my 77 year old mom stating that my last 4 digits of my Social Security number is involved in a suit being  filed against me.  I asked the caller "what is the name of your company?" and they hung up on me.  These people are harrassing everyday, hardworking people at their jobs and their homes for no good reason at all.  If there is a way to stop them, please initiate some kind of action before they give someone a heart attack or stroke or worst cause someone's death.

I got a call from this company stating that they had a lawsuit that was filed against me by a company called Cash Advance Worlds in the amount of $300.00.  I immediately started questioning them and they would not answer any of the questions.  When I started asking my questions they stated that they wanted to talk to the attorney that I hired for the case.  This was to find out if a suit was actually filed against them.  i called my bank and did a transaction search for the $300.00 that went back and there is nothing.  I then went to their website which is http://cashadvanceworlds.com to talk to this company and of course the number given on the website was routed to the same people that called me.  There has to be something done because people are trying to steal and scam people out of their hard earned money and it just is not right.  If anyone has any ideas Please post the so we can help each other out to not get taken for a ride that will not be enjoyable.

I received the same call from two different numbers same Guy I got pissed and I'm tracing his phone call to me and I'm pressing harrasment charges and he hung up the phone on me

I recieved the same call they say they will take me to court if i dont pay them I have no idea what they are talking about . I had a hard time understanding them .. I dont know how they get away with this

I have received calls from this number stating that they are with the FIB(Financial Investigation Bureau) and same thing my ssn is being held in a lawsuit, they leave threatning messages.  I have turned them over to the FBI, My local Sherriff's and Police Department, and found out today that the FIB does not exist in the United States...

Received a call from this number telling me they have a buyer for our timeshare in Mexico and that our contact information is public information there and that's how they our contact info. When I questioned the caller they hanged up.

Got call from Dave Lopez.  I believe it's a scammer about a Mexican time share
